Homeio is a small editorial team in India that reviews home things and points you to the best deals on the ones worth keeping. We buy what we recommend on Amazon.in. We say so when we're wrong. The buy buttons go to Amazon — we earn a small affiliate commission, but never decide what to feature because of it.
Materials, joinery, repairability. If it can't be re-soled, re-strung, or replaced part-by-part, we usually pass.
We trace the supply chain. We talk to the maker, the factory, the shop. We say where it's made and we mean it.
Every pick is in a Homeio editor's home for at least 30 days. The Atomberg fan? A year. The Borosil glasses? Two summers.
We track the price for 90 days. A 20% off sticker doesn't count if it was 30% off last month. We won't 'discount' a normal price.
Homeio earns a small affiliate commission when you buy through our links. It's how we keep the lights on. It never decides what we feature. We don't take payment for placement, we don't run sponsored picks, and a brand finding its way onto the list is a function of testing — not of asking.
Tip us off about a product, push back on a review, or pitch us a story. We read everything, even if we don't reply to all of it.
